Delivery And Returns

DELIVERY

Once you have purchased your subscription box or gift box service before the 12th of that month, you will receive your first box the same month when boxes ship on the 25th. If your order was placed after the 12th, you will receive your first box the following month.

LOSS OF GOODS: Specific carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL) are responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered. Please track your order online with the tracking number provided and follow up with them regarding delays or failure of delivery. All of this information will be sent to you by email once you have subscribed. We are not liable for failure to pick up your package once notified by the carrier or failure to pay any import fees/duties charged on products shipped outside the US.  If your package has been delivered by the carrier and shows that, but for some reason you did not receive it we are not liable at that point. No refunds can be offered since your package was successfully delivered as shown on the system. Once the package has been shipped to you and you were provided with shipping info, it is your responsibility to ensure delivery of said pacakge.

RETURNS

All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. The Company has a return policy in line with distance selling laws, if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by MyTriniBox we will do our utmost to rectify the problem. Customers have the option of returning products if they do not wish to keep it.Products must be returned unopened, unused, intact and well within the expiration date. If the products have been opened/used/ past expiration we will not accept a return or offer any refund, by subscribing you agree to these terms. Please refer to our FAQ page, or you can contact customer service using contact@mytrinibox.com. It would be the customers responsibility to cancel the subscription when they want.  and within expiration date.
